Let my words, beautiful and potent and holy, rise up from the creative centre of my belly before tumbling from my mouth; the same way that spring water rises, clean and clear, from some unknowable depth before spilling down the mountainside.
Let my spirit contain within it the continuous dance of both expansion and centering.
Let me flow golden and liquid to the heavens, like sweet honey light, while my roots drop deep to the crystal core of the earth.
Let my life be the altar of my vast and sacred heart.
And let my heart be an offering, a space holder, a wide awake wisdom keeper, so that your heart may do the same.
And so it is.
